Bill McNabb - CEO, Vanguard (2008-2018)
Bill became CEO of Vanguard as the 2008 crisis hit. Despite this pressure, Bill believed in continuing to invest in leaders and in teams, and Vanguard's culture remained strong and they emerged from the crisis in great shape. He's been a guest of Valence's podcast talking about teams and the transition to hybrid, and chairs the Wharton Leadership Council. He recently joined the board of Valence.
